Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We are working with a well-established and growing roofing contractor in NYC that specializes in new construction roofing projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects across the city.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new construction roofing projects from award through close-out
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, and field teams
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Manage change orders, cost tracking, and project profitability
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Maintain strong safety and compliance standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in roofing or construction
• Proven experience on new construction roofing projects
• Ability to manage multiple NYC-based projects
• Strong financial, scheduling, and communication skills
• Experience working with GCs and developers preferred
• Base salary up to $150,000
• Company vehicle
