Job summary

Splash City Pools is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential pool construction operations throughout the Tampa Bay area. You will lead Project Managers, enforce schedules, and uphold quality standards across a high-volume portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, scheduling expertise, subcontractor management, and a proven ability to hold teams accountable while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven construction management experience overseeing Project Managers, superintendents, or field crews.
• Strong scheduling and sequencing understanding.
• Excellent leadership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with CRM, scheduling, and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and support all Project Managers.
• Oversee master construction schedule across all active projects.
• Coach and train Project Managers on procedures and standards.
• Identify performance issues and implement corrective action.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance on job sites.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and ensure performance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout construction.
• Monitor project profitability and manage change orders.
