Job summary

Splash City Pools is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee residential pool construction from permit issuance through final completion. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, ensure quality control, and maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the build.

You will manage multiple projects, schedule excavations, plumbing, gunite, tile and decking, coordinate inspections, and ensure work meets codes and budget.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, including pool construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and job sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Familiarity with permitting and inspections in Florida.
• Experience with project management or CRM software such as BuilderTrend.
• Available to work a full-time day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple pool construction projects simultaneously.

• Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
• Schedule and manage all subcontractors including excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, tile, and decking.

• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time.
• Visit job sites regularly to verify work quality and progress.
• Ensure plans and specifications are followed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact the schedule.
• Provide regular updates to homeowners throughout construction.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Conduct walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion.
• Maintain accurate job records, schedules, and notes.
• Take progress photos and document key construction stages.
• Track change orders and communicate updates internally.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Manage multiple pool construction projects simultaneously

Oversee projects from permit issuance through final inspection

Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards

Schedule and manage all subcontractors including excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, tile, and decking

Job Site Oversight

Required Qualifications
