Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of skilled tasks on new builds and remodeling projects. Travel to local job sites is required, with safety compliance expected on every project.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in pool construction, renovation, or servicing.
• Ability to cut, set, and grout tile and coping with precision.
• Knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing pool-related systems.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ pounds daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the local area.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile and coping installation to ensure high-quality finishes on pool projects.
• Install footers to support enclosures and pool decks.
• Conduct pool surface preparation for resurfacing projects including plaster, pebble, and quartz finishes.
• Install, repair, and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and saltwater chlorinators.
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, plumbing, and electrical issues related to pool operations.
• Perform general hardscaping work such as paver and deck installations as needed.
• Work alongside Project Managers to ensure jobs are completed on time and to customer specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all job sites.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout each project.

This role requires a well rounded professional with hands on experience in pool construction, renovation, tile and coping installation, and equipment servicing. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of skilled labor tasks across new pool builds and remodeling projects.
