Job summary

Pulte Homes of Indiana, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead home construction in Carmel and surrounding areas. You will supervise trades, review drawings, adjust schedules, and ensure safety and quality throughout the build.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of construction experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required due to field work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade partner activities and evaluate quality and efficiency.
• Review construction drawings and modify plans as needed.
• Adjust project schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
• Ensure homes are built on schedule and compliant with plans and codes.
• Maintain a safe, clean job site and uphold safety protocols.
• Manage customer experience and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales, product development, and purchasing teams.
• Inspect workmanship and authorize payments when standards are met.
• Recruit and vet trade partners; participate in performance reviews.
