Job summary

PulteGroup, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead home-building activities in the Dublin, Ohio area. The role requires onsite presence five days per week and focuses on cost, schedule, and quality standards across assigned communities.

You will supervise trade partners, review drawings, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering a positive customer experience throughout the building process.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong ability to manage construction processes in a high-production environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities.
• Review and modify construction drawings when plan errors arise.
• Update project schedules and allocate resources to meet timelines.
• Ensure homes are completed on schedule and compliant with plans and safety rules.
• Maintain customer experience with regular communications and issue resolution.
• Inspect job sites for safety, quality, and code compliance.
• Coordinate with Product Development and Purchasing teams for improvements.
• Authorize payments to trade partners when standards are met.
