Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a construction project oversight professional to coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites and manage material orders from procurement through installation. You will ensure compliance with Perry Homes standards and contribute to on-time, on-budget home completions.

The role requires strong communication with homeowners and subcontractors, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to read plans and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, and development plans.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with independent contractors and homeowners clearly and professionally.
• Experience in construction supervision and managing time-critical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quantities and quality.
• Ensure construction standards as set by Perry Homes are met.
• Manage time under construction, oversee overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Project Manager or senior leadership.
