The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with travel up to 100%. Strong skills in project controls, budgeting, and risk management are essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Travel up to 100% may be required.
• Experience in project controls, scheduling, and QA/QC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops scope matrices, reviews subcontractor quotes, and defines executable scope.
• Leads site surveys, verifies design compliance, and oversees field commissioning.
• Manages modular construction planning, logistics, and stakeholder communications.
• Uses InfraLink for scheduling, reporting, and documentation control.
• Oversees procurement, BOM verification, change orders, and cost-saving efforts.
