Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking an Associate Director of Design & Construction to lead design management, preconstruction, procurement, and construction execution for office developments across Texas. This role interfaces with development leadership and coordinates architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.

The candidate will oversee constructability, cost discipline, and scheduling while driving high-quality execution and leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate development, construction, or design management.
• Strong budgeting, cost management, value engineering, and construction cost knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of ground-up and value-add development projects in Office Development Services.
• Interface between development, design, construction, clients, and capital partners.
• Provide constructability, cost, and schedule input during due diligence and design.
• Drive accountability to meet budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate design, preconstruction, procurement, and construction with architects, engineers, and GC partners.
