You’ll manage Project Managers, schedulers, and field crews, ensuring compliance with standards while targeting productivity gains and cost control.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, people development, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing employees in a construction-related environment; swimming pool industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction operations; supervise Project Managers and Schedulers to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Maintain construction quality standards; update policies and procedures; train personnel on processes and safety.
• Monitor metrics (CSS, cycle times, PM workloads, inspections) and implement actions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
