Job summary

Landmark Aquatic is seeking a Foreman to lead pool construction projects across multiple sites. You will schedule subcontractors, inspect work, read pool plans, and ensure finishes meet specifications.

The role requires coordinating teams, maintaining safety, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have OSHA 30, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.

• Work weekends or extended hours if necessary.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities on site.
• Communicate, manage, and work as a team player.
• Ensure team and subcontractor fully execute and comply with scope of work.
• Identify conflicts in progress and notify project team for resolution.
• Recognize unsafe conditions and correct them following safety protocols.
• Read and understand pool blueprints/plans thoroughly.
• Lay out pool according to plans with accurate measurements.
• Read and interpret rebar drawings and placement.
• Set batter boards and reference points for finishes.
• Install stairs, benches, radius points, and recessed steps.
• Operate Excavator, Skid Steer & Forklift Equipment.
• Maintain daily written log of field activities.
• Work at multiple job sites and coordinate planning.
• Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized daily.
