Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a Construction Manager II in Pullman, WA to coordinate multiple construction projects with our teams and contractors. You will manage budgets, schedules, bids, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to meet cost, time, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4 years of direct experience coordinating construction projects.
• Strong coordination, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated project management accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plans and coordinate multiple construction projects under minimal supervision.
• Create, maintain, and monitor budgets, schedules, bids, contracts, submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and change orders.
• Assess and analyze project deliverables to help meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Lead contractor relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Guide project team in following processes and identify risks.
