Qualifications

• 1+ to 5+ years of experience in Electric Utility Transmission & Distribution or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Group to manage capital projects through the entire life cycle.
• Develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules with project teams.
• Conduct on-site visits and review outage requirements.
• Develop detailed construction plans and identify permitting needs.
• Prepare bid packages and participate in vendor selections.
• Oversee safety, environmental concerns, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor schedule and cost, ensuring in-service dates are met.
• Close out contracts and maintain as-built documentation.
