You will work with project teams on scope, cost estimates, and schedules, participate in on-site visits, and manage outages. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and 1–5 years of relevant experience, plus strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
1+ year and up to 5 years experience in Electric Utility/Transmission or related fields preferred.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, organizational and presentation skills.
Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

Assist the Construction Group to manage capital projects through the full life cycle.
Develop project scope, cost estimate, and schedule with project teams.
Participate in on-site field visits and outage planning.
Develop detailed construction plans and identify permits and outages.
Review bid responses and participate in vendor selection and contract bidding.
