Job summary

CESO, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects, acting as an extension of the owner's design and construction staff.

You will supervise general contractors, engineers, client departments, and vendors to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are met. Responsibilities include reviewing docs, leading on-site progress reviews, weekly meetings, and ensuring compliance with contracts and safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred with 4+ years of direct project management experience; or 10 years of related experience.
• Proficient in daily timesheet entry and email using Microsoft Outlook; strong MS Office skills and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation, drawings, schedules, scopes, and reports to support project objectives.
• Lead site reviews, monitor progress, and ensure conformance with schedule, budget, and quality.
• Schedule and document weekly project meetings; manage vendor proposals and awards with client coordination.
• Inspect work for compliance with contract terms and close-out requirements; monitor safety and regulatory compliance.
