Job summary

You will manage plans, budgets, and field teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Travel is required; strong leadership, budgeting, and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience in heavy industrial construction; utility experience preferred; renewables experience.
• BS Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years’ experience in construction management; some formal construction management training preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; excellent written/verbal communications skills required.
• Understanding of core construction processes with specific hands on expertise in at least one discipline.
• Knowledge of construction planning process and methodology.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and work within a diverse, cross-functional team environment.
• Vendor/contract management experience preferred.
• Must be flexible and willing to travel.
• Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write English, Spanish capability a plus.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities
