• Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Demonstrate business development capabilities at the enterprise level.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility and drive financial acumen.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, processes, and safety standards.
