Job summary

Shermco Systems Integration seeks an Electrical Construction Superintendent to direct I&C and construction scopes, driving growth and managing safety, budgets and schedules for client projects. You will foster long‑term relationships with Shermco's key clients and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery across a 90–100% travel footprint.

The role requires 10+ years in heavy industrial Construction Management, a Journeyman Electrical license (Master preferred), and strong NEC/NFPA‑70 knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in heavy industrial Construction Management.
• Journeyman Electrical license required; Master license preferred.
• Expert knowledge of NEC and NFPA-70.
• Ability to read project specs, P&ID, and wiring diagrams.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 90–100% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction estimates, timelines, budgets and documentation.
• Independently manage delivery of construction plans on projects.
• Coordinate with Project Management on budgets and actuals tracking.
• Define tasks, create work plans and ensure milestones are met.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate construction status to all levels of the organization.
• Lead and develop field supervision, craft and subcontractors with a focus on safety.
