Qualifications

• Proven experience in Construction Management.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work environment for installation personnel.
• Oversee site safety audits and field operations.
• Maintain accurate records and project safety forms.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Attend pre-job conferences and monitor project progress.
• Review and verify billings, AIA documents, and lien waivers.
