Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the branch-level construction team responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining fueling and charging infrastructure. You will schedule and oversee projects, ensuring compliance with contract specs, budgets, and safety practices.

Ideal candidates have proven Construction Management experience, strong client communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and crews across all construction phases.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in Construction Management (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Experience managing multiple projects and crews in all construction phases.
• Proficiency with Proposals, blueprints, specs and related documents for estimation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work environment for all installation personnel.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized worksites.
• Review safety forms and records for completeness.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and cost control.
• Conduct site safety audits and budget reviews.
• Oversee project progress, billings, and invoicing.
• Lead and evaluate installation staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure equipment is safe and maintained.
