Qualifications

• Minimum three years of on-site construction management experience.
• Experience with QA/QC on construction projects.
• Ability to prepare schedules and review contractor payments.
• Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA 30-hour training (within 60 days of NTP).
• Strong coordination with VA contracting officers and representatives.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of the EHRM construction project at VAMC West Haven.
• Provide project management, planning, scheduling, design review, and cost control support to VA staff.
• Assist in meetings, record keeping, and closeout documentation.
• Monitor quality assurance, safety, and adherence to contract requirements.
• Maintain thorough project records and facilitate issue resolution among stakeholders.
