Job summary

APSI Construction Management, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator (CM-CA) to be on-site at the Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Muskogee, OK.

This technical full-time role supports EHRM infrastructure upgrades, overseeing operations, renovation, and new construction programs for the project. The CM-CA will assist the VA teams with project management, planning, scheduling, design reviews, and cost control, ensuring quality and safety disciplines are followed

Qualifications

• Three years of construction field experience in CM tasks.
• Working knowledge of construction practices and QA.
• Strong communication, language, and software skills as part of CM duties.

Responsibilities

• On-site Construction Manager/Administrator (CM-CA) for EHRM project duration.
• Assist Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative in project management and planning.
• Conduct weekly/bi-weekly progress meetings to monitor schedules and payments.
• Monitor quality assurance, testing, and site inspections for conformance to specs.
• Prepare cost estimates, review change proposals, and manage submittals and RFI responses.
