Job summary

SteerBridge is seeking a Construction Manager – Estimator (CM-EST) for a full-time, on-site role in the United States. The CM-EST will provide specialized construction estimating, cost analysis, and project controls on a diverse portfolio including Veterans Affairs Medical Facilities, coordinating with VA staff, architects, engineers, and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have professional Estimator credentials or equivalent experience, demonstrated ability to prepare and review cost

Qualifications

• Credentialing as an Estimator and ability to maintain it.
• Degree with estimating specialty or 3+ years experience in estimating.
• Experience preparing estimates, schedules of values, monthly pay requests, change orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government’s owner’s representative for estimating, cost analysis, and cost control across all project phases.
• Prepare, review, and validate estimates for various project stages and cost items.
• Review plans, specs, and cost documentation for completeness and contract compliance.
