COMPENSATION
ROLE
- Oversee All Facets Of Major Energy Retrofit Construction Projects
- Provide Cost And Constructability Input During The Design Phase
- Coordinate The Bid Process Including Pre-Bid Walkthroughs
- Prepare And Administer Subcontract Agreements
- Coordinate The Submittal Process
- Schedule, Supervise And Coordinate Subcontractor Activities
- Direct Construction Meetings Between Subcontractors, Willdan And The Owner
- Ensure Construction Progresses According To Schedule
- Prepare Detailed Three-Week Construction Schedules
- Update Overall Construction Schedule Monthly
- Update Three-Week Schedule Weekly
- Monitor Construction Schedules Against Contract Completion Dates
- Ensure Construction Specifications Are Followed
- Act As Liaison Between Subcontractors And Engineers
- Establish Quality Control Procedures
- Establish Safety Practices
- Provide Assignments And Mentorship To Project Staff
- Manage Project Cost Control And Forecasting Systems
- Provide Monthly Cost Versus Budget Reports To Project Stakeholders
- Maintain Construction Management Software
Requirements
- Knowledge Of The Construction Process REQUIRED
- Ability To Identify, Correct And Avoid Potential Schedule, Budget Or Quality Issues REQUIRED
- Ability To Make Decisions While Balancing Cost Implications And Avoiding Disruptions To Work Or Customer Operations REQUIRED

Education / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Another Construction-Related Field And 6+ Years Of Professional Experience Preferred Profile
- Combination Of Education And Experience Demonstrating The Required Skills And Abilities May Be Considered
Preferred
- Knowledge Of Design And Commissioning Processes Preferred
- Knowledge Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems In Commercial And Institutional Facilities Preferred
- PMP Certification Or Desire To Obtain PMP Certification Is A Plus
