You will coordinate with the client and diverse teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence across multiple buildings.

The role requires 5–10 years of pharmaceutical or related facility construction management experience, strong communication skills, and governance of contractor submittals, budgets, and change

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in construction management of manufacturing facilities.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Experience coordinating with architectural/engineering firms and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication with all project stakeholders.
• Conduct constructability reviews and advise on bids/proposals.
• Review schedules, budgets, submittals, and change orders; ensure on-time project delivery.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals to meet standards.
• Develop punch lists and manage project close-out; certify payments.
