What you are Empowered to Accomplish:

Plummer is looking for a driven entry level Construction Manager to support construction projects and senior construction managers both in the field and in the office. You will be responsible for overseeing project inspections, collaborating with engineers on projects during construction, and organizing workflow to meet project timelines.

The Construction Manager I will report to the Construction Management Team Leader, who will provide ongoing guidance and mentorship.

Our Ideal Teammate:

Our ideal teammate will have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field. We require the Construction Manager in Training certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Our ideal teammate will also have a strong understanding of construction management fundamentals, a high proficiency with Microsoft office, Bluebeam, and the ability to read plans and specifications. We are seeking a strong communicator with organizational skills and the ability to collaboratively plan, problem-solve, and follow-through on projects.
