Job summary

Plummer Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support civil and water projects across Texas and neighboring states. You will contribute to project teams, coordinate information, and troubleshoot design solutions while growing technically.

Ideal candidates bring a 5+ year track record, a Texas PE or the ability to obtain within 6 months, and strong communication with proficiency in MS Office. Office location is negotiable within Dallas/Fort Worth area and adjacent cities.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil, environmental, structural, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
• Professional Engineer License in the State of Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel).

• Provide quality work products within the scope of work, guidelines, hours, and schedules.
• Coordinate information between groups and support the Project Manager/teammates.
• Collect, verify, correlate, acknowledge discrepancies, and troubleshoot solutions.

You Will Work On Projects To

• provide quality work products within the scope of work, guidelines, hours, and schedules defined by the Project Manager/Project Teammates.
• provide the Project Manager/Project teammates with information and assist in the coordination of information between groups.
• collect, verify, correlate, acknowledge discrepancies, and troubleshoot solutions.

Our Ideal Teammate

We require an ABET accredited bachelor’s or master's degree in civil, environmental, structural, chemical, or mechanical engineering and a Professional Engineer License in the State of Texas (or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire). A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Our ideal teammate will be proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel). We are seeking a driven, organized, self-starter with strong communication skills who can work independently and collaboratively with a team.
