Job summary

Schumacher Homes of Ravenna Inc in Ravenna, OH is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site home construction, coordinate trades, and ensure projects meet quality, time, cost and homeowner satisfaction.

You should have prior scattered-site residential construction experience, strong technical construction knowledge, and comfort using smartphones/tablets and Microsoft Outlook.

Qualifications

• Prior scattered-site residential construction experience (preferred).
• Technical construction knowledge to understand processes and terminology.
• Computer experience – ability to use technology (Smart Phone, I-Pad).

Responsibilities

• Builds assigned homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards.
• Works with customers to build their dream home, schedules trades and ensures quality.
• Participates in pre-construction meetings with leadership and homeowners.

Construction Manager

• Must be proficient in understanding residential construction systems.
• Is responsible for working with the customer to build their dream home, schedule trades and ensure the home is built with attention to quality, meeting building time expectations and exceeding homeowner satisfaction!
• Builds assigned homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards.
• Participates in pre-construction meeting with General Manager, Customer Coordinators and homeowners.
