Job description

Do you love helping individuals through difficult circumstances? If so, SERVPRO of Bordentown/Pemberton is looking for a full‑time Construction Project Manager to oversee, manage and execute all construction projects, coordinating with office, clients, insurance adjusters and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial water, fire, and mold reconstruction/restoration projects with little supervision.
• Create estimates for all customers in a timely manner using Xactimate estimating software.
• Inspect jobs on a continual basis to ensure quality assurance.
• Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements.
• Establish, maintain and oversee subcontractor relationships.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Manage subcontractors and insurance claims processes.
• Participate in design, process and permit submittal.
• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Complete monthly expense reports.
• Attend all appropriate company meetings and training sessions.
• Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a project manager, preferably within the restoration industry.
• Solid knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
• Experience with Xactimate software.
• Ability to research, interview and hire subcontractors who possess the qualifications, work ethic and execution standard of the Servpro Team.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills; detail‑oriented.
• Ability to recognize and solve problems independently and in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience working with adjusters is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and accountable.
