Job summary

NDSCS seeks a dedicated instructor to teach and evaluate Construction Management Technology courses with emphasis on commercial construction. You will prepare lesson plans, develop curriculum, advise students, recruit, and participate in college committees and activities.

Minimum requirements include an associate degree in Construction Management Technology and at least three years of field experience, plus strong communication and teamwork skills. ND CT certification may be pursued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management Technology or related field.
• Minimum of three years relevant field experience in construction.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach and evaluate students in Construction Management Technology courses with emphasis on commercial construction.
• Prepare lesson plans and develop curriculum.
• Advise students and participate in recruitment and departmental activities.
