Responsibilities include leading the Water Resources CM program, managing staff, delivering projects on schedule and budget, and developing client relationships. The role requires a CA PE, 15 years of experience, and strong communication and writing skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• California PE license required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 15 years of industry experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong technical writing abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Deltek Vision software.

Responsibilities

• Provide program level leadership of the Water Resources division within the Bay Area.
• Lead business development efforts to meet market performance metrics.
• Serve as Project Manager on projects when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with internal and client staff at multiple levels.
• Demonstrate leadership in resolving obstacles for complex projects.
• Supervise CM staff and guide teams in Water Resources.
• Manage projects with delivery efficiency and high quality.
• Lead planning and scheduling for multi-project integration.
• Support development of CM subprograms and proposals.
• Coordinate with Headquarters and Business Development to pursue opportunities.
• Attend industry events and client meetings to position for work.
• Engage staff in recruitment and staffing efforts.
• Monitor profitability and program performance.
• Perform other related duties as required.
