Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year construction management or engineering degree.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Effective communication and attentive listening; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field supervisors on work packages and materials tracking.
• Assist supervisors and project managers with quality control practices.
• Attend bid, construction, and design-build meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Prepare quantity take-offs.
• Prepare project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, O&M manuals, logs and schedules.
• Complete an assigned project and present results to the team.
