Job summary

Felix Construction seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead water and wastewater projects across the Phoenix metro area. You will guide crews, read plans, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence on sites ranging from lift stations to treatment facilities.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors while mentoring team members and upholding project specifications. This is a senior in-field leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of water/wastewater construction experience.
• Able to read plans and specifications for all disciplines on a typical project.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating with PMs, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Driver’s license and legal right to work in the U.S.
• APDM experience is a plus (CSP, CMAR, D-B, JOC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead construction crews on Phoenix-area water and wastewater projects.
• Direct work on site, guiding crews and maintaining progress.
• Identify risks and resolve issues before impacting schedule.
• Lead installation of process piping, equipment, concrete, and metals.
• Uphold safety standards and environmental compliance on site.
• Coordinate activity plans with PMs and manage the schedule.
• Mentor and evaluate crew performance; recognize outstanding work.
• Represent the company professionally on projects.
