Job summary

Felix Construction is seeking an Electrical Project Engineering Intern to work directly with an Electrical Project Manager on active industrial electrical construction projects in Phoenix. You will gain hands-on experience supporting planning, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination.

During the summer, you will receive an electrical work package, learning how a project moves from planning to execution while gaining exposure to quality control and project documentation

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Rising sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student with interest in construction project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects with an Electrical Project Manager.
• Assist with developing and managing electrical work packages from planning through closeout.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and scopes of work to understand project requirements.
