• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in construction, engineering, or business.
• Prior internship or related experience is a plus.
• Willing to commit ~40 hours/week for 10 weeks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery alongside project managers and superintendents.
• Assist with subcontractors and supplier coordination, material tracking, and file management.
• Draft submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Prepare bid packages and solicit subcontractor bids.
• Progress reporting and client communication.
• Assist with jobsite duties: reviewing drawings, site conditions, coordinating trades, and safety/quality control.
