• Must be 18+ to work at a construction site.
• Desire to learn in construction management.
• Willing to work standard hours and overtime as needed.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to read and comprehend written information.
• Proactive, curious, and able to learn independently.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support project team with meeting coordination and progress reporting.
• Track materials, manage files, and assist with document control.
• Follow safety rules and site signage.
• Provide progress reports and learn from project professionals.
• Relate academic knowledge to real project activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Participate in training, meetings, and orientation.
• Assist with start-up activities and support Project Engineer/Manager.
• Assist with RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Assist with quantities take-offs and cost-related studies.
• Attend site visits and draft communications to Architects/Engineers/Vendors.
