Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support project team with meeting coordination, material tracking, file management, document control, and progress reporting.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Assist with preparation of information for contract requirements and RFIs.
• Assist with estimates for changes in work from subcontractors.
• Attend project site visits and document field activities.
• Communicate with Architects, Engineers, vendors, and subcontractors as directed.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with safety programs.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and learn project details.
