Job summary

SpawGlass is seeking a Construction Management Intern in Fort Worth, TX. You will support project teams from preconstruction through closeout, reviewing plans, assisting with submittals, and tracking schedules. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and hands-on learning.

The intern will gain exposure to field and office coordination, data entry, and document control while collaborating with subcontractors and inspectors on real projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or enrolled in CM/Civil Eng or related program.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, drawings, and terminology.
• Strong communication with field and office teams.
• Willing to work in office and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and assist with submittals and RFIs.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and schedule updates.
• Take meeting notes and support site logistics.
• Support quality control, safety documentation, and coordination with subs/inspectors.
• Maintain project organization and data entry tasks.
