Job summary

SpawGlass is offering a Construction Management Intern role to support project teams from preconstruction through closeout. You will assist with plans, RFIs, submittals, and site logistics while learning safety standards and quality control on the jobsite.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in construction management or a related program, with strong communication, organization, and a hands-on attitude. This internship includes in-house training through SpawGlass University and reimbursement for cell

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Construction Coordination & Field Support on active projects.
• Plan reading and basic specification review.
• Document control and project organization tasks.
