ARCO National Construction Company is seeking a motivated Superintendent Intern to join our field team on-site in Michigan. You will support superintendents, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to projects across commercial, industrial, and multi-family sectors.

During the internship, you will learn scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and how to keep a project running smoothly from start to finish, while demonstrating strong work ethic and communication.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license in your state.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist superintendents on jobsites across industries.
• Learn scheduling, contractor coordination, and project execution.
• Contribute to project life cycle tasks and ensure safety.
