Job summary

ARCO is seeking a College Superintendent Intern/Co‑op to support field teams on a variety of projects across commercial, industrial, and multi‑family sectors. You will visit sites, learn scheduling and subcontractor coordination, and help run projects from start to finish under supervision.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Construction Management or Civil Engineering programs with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and must be willing to travel nationwide within the United States.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in CM, CE or related field seeking practical site experience.
• GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 to qualify for internship/co-op.
• Co-op/Intern experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit jobsites and gain hands‑on experience from field personnel on diverse projects.
• Learn on the job from the Superintendent: scheduling, coordinating subs, keeping the project on track.
• Contribute to ARCO’s project lifecycle by performing essential tasks under supervision.
