Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preconstruction by sourcing quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
• Perform data entry and maintain project documentation.
• Maintain the purchasing vendor database and bid files.
• Support day-to-day project operations and schedule adherence.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA regulations on site.
