Your assignment may include supporting engineers, handling RFIs and submittals, and helping with material tracking and estimates. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and hands-on experience.

Formación

• Enrolled in an accredited degree program, or Co-op, with a minimum of one year completed.
• Must be 18+ years old to work on site.
• Interested in construction management and learning about the industry.
• Commitment to standard business hours and potential overtime as assigned.
• Demonstrates leadership, teamwork, and community involvement.
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend written information.

Responsabilidades

• Support project team with meeting coordination, material tracking, file management, document control, and progress reporting.
• Follow project site safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Provide progress reports and learn about construction management.
• Relate academic learning to on-site activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, clients, and subcontractors.
• Participate in training, meetings, and orientation.
• Assist with start-up activities and support to Project Engineer/Manager.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings processes.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and estimates for changes in work.
• Attend site visits to observe field activities and document findings.
