Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an Expediter to support the jobsite team by organizing and planning materials to increase production. Responsibilities include fueling equipment, delivering water coolers, inspecting deliveries, tagging materials, and maintaining yard inventory.

Candidate should have a high school diploma and 2–4 years of experience, with forklift operation skills and knowledge of plumbing materials. The role requires organization, communication, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of jobsite operations and materials handling.
• Experience with inventory control and yard maintenance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with plumbing materials (cast iron, PVC, copper, PEX).
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Timely order pulling and deliveries.
• Ability to inspect and verify delivered materials.
• Safety-conscious with ladders and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Fills fuel cans for job and fuel jobsite equipment.
• Delivery of water coolers.
• Cleans water coolers and displays date on outside.
• Checks with Superintendent to schedule delivery of tools and materials.
• Inspects materials upon delivery and notes discrepancies.
• Tags materials for field use with area, name and date.
• Maintains storage areas and yard organization.
• Prepares and submits inventory reports to Project Manager.
• Inspects tools before they go out to the jobsite.
• Coordinates monthly inventory and reports findings to management.
