Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking an Expediter to support the jobsite team by organizing and planning materials and supplies, improving production through efficient material handling. This role requires forklift operation, strong organizational skills, and proactive communication with the Superintendent and Project Manager.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2–4 years of experience, and knowledge of plumbing materials and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of jobsite operations.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing material, equipment, and tools.
• Ability and experience driving a forklift.
• Knowledge of supply operations, sequence and flow.
• High level and consistent organizational skills.
• Ability to operate with little daily supervision and self-motivated.
• Maintained lay down yard.
• Understanding and knowledge of materials (cast Iron, PVC, Copper, Pex and equipment).
• Timely order pulling and deliveries.
• Works with sense of urgency.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Packs fuel cans for job and fuels jobsite equipment.
• Picks up water coolers and delivers them to sites.
• Inspects and labels water coolers with dates.
• Coordinates delivery of tools and equipment with the Superintendent.
• Verifies material deliveries and reports discrepancies to PM or Superintendent.
• Informs Superintendent of overdue material and backorders.
• Checks received materials against delivery tickets and orders.
• Compares work ticket specs to materials used at stations.
• Tags outbound materials with area, name and date.
• Stores unused materials and notifies the foreman.
• Maintains daily consumable stock levels.
• Manages oxygen/acetylene bottle inventory and refills.
• Keeps storage areas clean and organized.
• Returns unused materials to vendors when appropriate.
• Prepares inventory reports for the Project Manager.
• Verifies rented equipment with vendors; records confirmation numbers.
• Inspects tools before jobsite use.
• Obtains monthly tool reports; sets dates and conducts monthly inventory.
• Checks for out-of-order tools and cords; replaces as needed.
• Brings damaged tools or cords back to the yard.
• Submits inventory findings to project management.
