Job summary

Firstrust Bank is seeking a detail-focused Construction Loan Servicer to administer and service complex construction loans from setup to repayment. You will review legal documents, prepare data entry, and monitor disbursements while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or comparable experience.
Knowledge of transaction data entry, debits/credits, and balancing accounts.
Experience with general ledger systems and financial data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Set up new construction loans with REF and Relationship Manager, including requesting new loan numbers.
Prepare data sheets, set up loan budgets, and review input for accuracy in the pipeline system.
Coordinate funding and disbursement activities with Finance Department and Closing.
Track disbursement vouchers and maintain loan system records; verify inspections and title reports.
Monitor monthly interest billing and reserve adequacy; ensure accurate billing.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to loan status inquiries.
Assist in developing business for Firstrust and refer clients to appropriate products.
