Qualifications

• BA or BS required with 7+ years related experience preferred
• Excellent project management and communication skills are essential
• Experience with construction loan servicing and risk/compliance a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages the builder approval to loan conversion process ensuring timely completion.
• Oversees inspection/draw administration and servicing for construction or renovation loans.
• Monitors SOX controls, performs audit/compliance responses, and reconciles GL and DDA accounts.
• Leads training, coaching, and development for the construction team and sales staff.
• Ensures policies and procedures are updated annually and drive efficiency gains.
