Zions Bancorporation in Irvine, CA is seeking a Loan Disbursement Specialist to join the Construction Disbursements Team. The role involves reviewing and processing loan draws, coordinating with borrowers and builders, and ensuring compliance with loan documents and bank policies.

You will work in-office five days per week, with a focus on accuracy, timely reporting, and excellent customer service across commercial and residential construction projects.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with loan disbursement processes preferred.
• Good auditing and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process customer loan draws for construction projects.
• Prepare payoff quotes.
• Schedule pre-construction discussions with Borrower, Builder, and RM.
• Administer participation loans and coordinate with banks.
• Order, input, and review inspection reports.
• Update and maintain loan maintenance reports and ticklers.
• Assist with liaison duties with lenders and vendors.
• Monitor and may process interest rate changes.
• Review loans for past-due status and insurance coverage.
• Ensure compliance with loan documents and bank policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
