Job summary

Waterford Bank, N.A. is seeking a Construction Loan Administration Specialist to oversee draw activity on commercial and consumer projects.

You will review requests, verify documentation, monitor budgets, and coordinate with borrowers, lenders, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate disbursements in line with loan documents and bank policies. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of construction financing, and experience with loan documentation and regulatory

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, construction management, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in banking, construction loan administration, commercial loan servicing, title work, construction administration, or real estate.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction loan draw activity from receipt of the request through documentation review, approval coordination, and disbursement preparation.
• Review draw requests, invoices, lien waivers, sworn statements, inspection reports, title updates, date down endorsements, and other supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Confirm required borrower equity, proper funding order, and current insurance coverage before Bank funds are advanced.
• Track construction budgets, approved changes, project costs, loan balances, retainage, contingency funds, interest reserves, and borrower equity throughout the construction period.
• Reconcile each draw to prior disbursements and confirm funds are supported, within budget, and consistent with loan terms.
