Jobot is seeking a talented Lateral Associate Attorney to join our Construction Litigation practice in Denver. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-exposure cases with an experienced team serving a diverse client base in construction and insurance defense.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of civil litigation experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and an active Colorado Bar license (or the ability to waive in).

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with an active Colorado Bar license (or ability to waive in).
• 3–8 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for construction, general liability, or insurance defense.
• Strong writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Defend builders, developers, contractors, and insurers in construction defect and related litigation matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and contracts with strong attention to detail.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in a team-oriented environment.
